Here the text of presentation of this camera published in N° 152 of April 1993 of “Chasseur d’Images”
“The underwater cameras Sea and Sea constitute an interesting alternative to Nikonos V because of their price definitely more affordable and their performances sufficient for a non-professional user.
Sea and Sea markets many accessories as well as waterproof flashes and lenses compatible with Nikonos (including one fabulous 15 mm and one 20 mm compact and versatile). The range Sea and Sea is also rich of two film cameras.

… More ambitious, Motormarine II is addressed to the regular diver which wishes to approach photography with the best chances of success. The lens of 35 mm is not interchangeable, but some optical complements of quality allows an adaptation of the field angle: let us note the complement of wide angle of 20 and 16 mm (this last offers a field angle of 91°) as well as the add lens macro 2T and 3T with measuring rods of centring which make it possible to cover a field so reduced as 79 X 53 mm! The focusing is manual: it is adjustable between 1 m and the infinite. The camera has of the TTL automatism exposure in ambient light as to the flash, of the adjustment of sensitivity of film per DX code and advance as rewinding of film by integrated engine. In short, a very complete and efficient camera, especially designed for the demanding diver which wishes to approach the take of views with the best chances of success without consecrating a too high budget to it. ”
